POLISH SAUSAGE, SAUERKRAUT AND DUMPLINGS 

A pleasant Polish sauerkraut formula to attempt !

  Clean SAUERKRAUT INGREDIENTS

1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
2 tbsp. slashed onion
1 tbsp. bacon oil
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. Bisquick
1 lb. clean hotdog

Clean SAUERKRAUT INSTRUCTIONS

Cook onion in bacon oil in covered dish until clear. Add flour, then, at that point, Polish sauerkraut. Cook 5 minutes. Add sugar and enough water to cook dumplings. 
Whenever blend bubbles, add dumplings a spoonful at a time. Add clean wiener and cook until warmed through and dumplings are cooked; covered 20 minutes on a low fire. To make dumplings; blend one cup Bisquick as indicated by bundle bearings for dumplings. The Polish Sauerkraut is prepared to serve !polish-sausage-and-sauerkraut
