POLISH SAUERKRAUT WITH SPARE RIBS
Clean Sauerkraut Ingredients:
2 lb. spare ribs
1 qt. sauerkraut, washed and depleted
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
3 qt. cold water
1 lg. onion
1 tbsp. grain; discretionary
Clean Sauerkraut Instructions:
Cover spare ribs with cold water and bring to edge of boiling over. Skim and add cleaved onion, sauerkraut, seeds and grain. Stew uncovered around 2 hours or until meat is delicate. Salt and pepper to taste. Present with rye bread or pounded or seared potatoes.
