POLISH SAUSAGE AND SAUERKRAUT 

Clean SAUERKRAUT INGREDIENTS

1 - 1 1/2 lbs. Clean or other completely cooked hotdog
2 cuts bacon, diced
1 medications. estimated onion, finely slashed
1 lg. can (1 lb. 11 oz.) sauerkraut, all around depleted
1 medications. estimated Golden Delicious apple, cored and diced
1 tbsp. immovably pressed earthy colored sugar
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 c. normal strength hamburger stock
Hacked parsley

Clean SAUERKRAUT INSTRUCTIONS

At around 1" stretches, cut 1/4" profound slices in every frankfurter; put away. In a huge griddle over medium hotness, cook the bacon and onion until onion is limp. Mix in the sauerkraut, apple, sugar, sherry, caraway seed and stock. Cook, mixing around 2 minutes, then orchestrate hotdog up and over. Cover, decrease hotness and stew 20 to 25 minutes until wieners are warmed through and apple is delicate. Embellish with parsley. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Cool.
