POLISH SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 

Clean Sauerkraut Ingredients:

3 prescription. potatoes, cubed and cooked
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, depleted
1/2 lb. Clean frankfurter, in scaled down pieces
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
2 tbsp. slashed parsley
3/4 c. destroyed Swiss cheddar
1/2 green pepper, cut into bits

Clean Sauerkraut Instructions

Join sauerkraut, potatoes, hotdog, dressing and parsley. Fill lubed 10x6x2 inch broiler resistant baking dish. Heat at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheddar and green pepper bits up and over. Heat 5 minutes more. Around 5 servings...enjoy it !
