POLISH SAUSAGE CASSEROLE
Polish Sauerkraut Ingredients:
  • 3 med. potatoes, cubed and cooked
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/2 lb. Polish sausage, in bite size pieces
  • 1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 green pepper, cut into slivers
Polish Sauerkraut Instructions
Combine sauerkraut, potatoes, sausage, dressing and parsley. Pour into greased 10x6x2 inch oven-proof baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and green pepper slivers over top. Bake 5 minutes more. Approximately 5 servings...enjoy it !
